California Band and Music Academy (CABAMA), located in the Los Angeles, California area, was founded by music educator F. Scott Moyer and is a year-round music and band camp/workshop which provides the unique opportunity for musicians of all ages to experience the thrill of playing and performing live in a band/ensemble format.

I teach and coach each class as well as perform on various instruments to help out where and when appropriate. I have been playing professionally and teaching music privately and in schools for over 30 years, and have extensive knowledge of many instruments, songwriting, band and performance skills. My expertise is in overseeing and sharing with others the art of playing music together and achieving significant results through that process.
